Hiya
So many options and I am unsure where to go!
So I tried the new header patterns but I found it really hard to get it to work how I wanted as the navigation popped open everytime I tried to edit that menu and made it unworkable for me. And the overlay was all sorts of weird!
Anyway I would really like 3 columns – off canvas menu on left which just says MENU no icon and then that as overlay
Logo in the middle
Cart icon on the rightI can do the first 2 – sort of – but I cannot get anything in the right side
If I add as widget it sits next to the off canvas menu
If I change header alignment that changes nothing
If I make nav as menu – it sits logo on lkeft and menu on right – not in centerI was hoping that I could use the primary menu as the cart icon – on the right
and then off canvas as the left
but it puts the cart icon alongside off canvas menu insteadSo many options that I am probably missing something
I would rather not use a static navigation block – as I think client will nee dto update the menu – but I can if that works best
Any chance someone can point me in the right direction
Thank you

Hi Sarah,
Go to customizer> layout > woocommerce, tick the Display cart in menu box.
However, you can also try the site header element with GB Pro’s site header block, which includes a GB Pro navigation block.

Hi Ying
that option doesn’t work as it adds it to the off cancas menu – rather than the other side – ie stand alone on right hand side – same with header widget – adds it to the menu rather than stand alone
I also tried the nav header block but that doens’t update which means when new pages added the custoemr needs to update the header block and I would rather avoid that
Can we not have 3 columns in header any more?
Thank you

ie stand alone on right hand side
Yes, can you do that? Once it’s there, we can use CSS to rearrange the order.

Hi there,
Could you try enabling the Use Navigation as Header option under Customize > Layout > Header?
With the current navigation structure, it isn’t possible to rearrange the elements.
