Hey, we are trying to activate the GeneratePress plugin with a License Key we purchased but when we try to activate it, we are getting a “403 Forbidden. Your server is not able to communicate with generatepress.com in order to activate your license key.” error.
We have checked our server and we are able to send external requests to other domains but if we try any requests to generatepress.com we get a challenge from your Cloudflare.
We are blocked from making progress since we are unable to activate our license. One important note is that our servers where the instances run gets IPs assigned dynamically because we have auto scaling features that create or delete servers dynamically. Can you help us understand how to get around this?
