That section is added with an empty GB container:
https://www.screencast.com/t/Kr1SZDZ0xFI would guess that it’s added within Elements. You can check the active elements on that page in the Admin bar.

Hi, we can’t locate the empty container from items. It is present in the CSS but not in elements. We entered some text to operate on the right element…but there is no empty container.

On this page, hover the Elements menu in the top admin bar, what elements do you see?

You have 2 page hero elements, the empty container is in the last element called
intestazione.If you do not need it, delete it.
