Could you clarify what you mean by “cannot connect to the access”?
Are you referring to being unable to activate the license, access the Site Library, or something else entirely? Let us know so we can assist accordingly.

That’s odd. If your user account has the Administrator role, you should have access to that page. Do you have another Administrator account you can use to log in and test access?

I think it’s related to your server, I removed GP theme, but can not install it anymore.
I looked at your FTP folders, it’s quite messy there. I was not able to locate your site folder.
I would recommend checking with your host, and asking them to install the latest GP theme for you.
If it still has a problem, let us know!

It looks like the theme has been reinstalled, and I just logged in again and checked appearance > generatepress, it seems to be working 🙂
