ACF group fields

Hi!
I encountered an issue on the back end of my WordPress site (running Generate Blocks and ACF); when I created a group field and then moved several existing fields into that group, it disconnected the data in the database with that field. So on the front end, the primary image showed up fine, but when I tried to edit the custom post, the “primary image” field would be blank (i.e. disconnected to that database field). Is this a known issue? I’d like to use the group field for organizing the back end editor, but I can’t do it with this issue (fortunately when I moved the fields out of the group the information showed up on the back end again.)
