I’ve tried to add element block, but search bar will only show up when I set location to entire site. I’ve tried setting to the blog page, archive pages, post archive and it never shows up.
How can I get the search bar to show up only on this page https://activedirectorypro.com/blog/

How and where are you trying to adding the search bar? In the header? What hook are you using?

Element > Block> Add search
Hook > After_Header
The problem is I can only get it to display when selecting entire site for the location. I only want it on the blog archive page but I’ve tried setting to the blog page, archive pages, post archive and it never shows up.

Are you setting these locations?
In Settings -> Reading, if you have Your homepage displays as Your latest posts target Front Page instead of Blog.
