Aligne Content under image on the home page

Sorry what do you mean? Would you like the excerpt to have the same width as the image? How about the title which is above the image?

Go to Customize > Layout > Blog, then under the Featured Images > Archive section, enable the ‘Display Padding Around Images’ option.

To make the title bold, try adding this CSS:

body.blog .entry-title {
  font-weight: 900;
}
