Any individual post. But headlines can change each time, so you’ll have to keep refreshing the page or changing posts until you see a long headline that doesn’t fit in the row. It only happens with long headlines that don’t fit in a row.

Then can you link us to a post/page that has long headlines?
Meanwhile, can you check what is the
line-heightis set to for the headline? It has to be larger than 1em. -
Well, setting the height to 1em fixed it somewhat on the desktop version. Then, adjusting the vertical grid spacing completely fixed it. However, this issue doesn’t exist on the mobile version.
