Associate an icon to a term so that it appears whenever you query it

  • Hi GB team!

I am trying to add an icon to every term for whenever I query a list of them.
In an other topic you helped me out in adding a class to each term.
This way I’m able to add it via CSS.
The thing is that it’s a customisation I’d rather not do every time I need to (quite often).

So I was wondering if there is a way to link an icon (svg) to a specific term.

What I usually do is create a custom taxonomy via ACF and then via the new text block I query the term list of the current post.

Hope you have a nice and easy solution 🤞

    Thanks
    Lorenzo

  • Hi there,

Using CSS is the easist option, I suggest keep on using that.
