Author bio element format renders properly on some systems and not on others eg. Mac Ventura Chrome 126. (Partial images)
Works fine on Windows 11 Chrome 126
I’m using lambdatest.com to test…

Hi Alvind,
Thanks.
Browser version?
Is this some weird lamdatest issue? Real-time testing shows the same rendering issue.

Sometimes browser simulators can be off, so it’s a good idea to test on an actual device when possible. I use the latest version of Chrome for testing.
Here’s a screen recording of my view: https://cln.sh/zLzwRpK5

Thanks Alvind. Is the author bio element html/css or does it use some js?

Alvind, I’m doing remote user testing and this element is misrendering on some tester’s systems. I’m guessing at this stage it could be a bootstrap issue from legacy code. I’ll check and get back to you…

Hi there,
I’m using a Macbook Pro with Sonoma version 14.5 system, and it looks normal to me:
https://app.screencast.com/lWUCg5nV6uAhTAnd I used a simulator for system Ventura and Chrome 126, it looks the same as it is on my computer.
I don’t think it’s an issue related to a specific system, it might just be related to your browser, are you checking the site using an incognito window?
