Author byline linking to about page

    Hi,

    I’d like to change the link in my author byline in blog posts to my about page rather than my author archives. Is there an easy way to do this? Or a theme specific setting I can change?

    I created an element for blog posts, added by: Post author name, dynamic options, dynamic link type = author archives. Is there a way to change this so it keeps my User name but links to about page instead?

    Hi Mark,

    dynamic link type = author archives

    if that’s the case, you can just disable the dynamic link, and add a static link of your about page to the headline.

    Ahh yes, OK that worked thank you.

    I wasn’t sure if removing the dynamic data would have a negative impact based on schema or anything along those lines.

    I’ve changed it now and it links to my about page.
