Background image in container not responsive

  • I am using GeneratePress Pro and GenerateBlocks Pro (latest versions). I have a background image for a container for the page header (page header created as an element) on the home page that looks good on desktop (fills the screen), but it does not look the same on mobile. I want the image to fill the screen across devices with the text at the bottom left of the window. What settings do I need to make the image responsive across devices? I have posted the website and credentials in the Private Information section.

  • Hi there,

If you have GB Pro, you can use the advanced background option to use another image specifically cropped for mobile on mobile.

Please note that the advanced background module can only be accessed in desktop mode, it’s not the best UI, but it should do the job 🙂

  • Thank you, Ying, for the quick response. I’ll check out the Advanced Background and report back on how it works for me.

  • Great! Let me know how it goes 🙂
