I am in the process of migrating a church site to GeneratePress and Generateblocks Pro to use the custom styles and other neat features, but I was wondering (and sorry if I just didn’t find it) if you all have a best practice if I wanted to setup seasonal global styles and how best to switch between them?
The site is for a church and they have different colors for liturgical seasons like purple for lent etc. So I was hoping to have an easy way to make a few subtle changes to the site for each season like changing the default button color for example.
Thoughts and suggestions appreciated.
Thank you for great products

Hi there,
If it’s just changing colors, you can change the global color directly at customizer > colors.
For example, set a color specific for button, and assign this color to all buttons, then you can change the button color in the customizer to change all button colors.
Hope that’s clear!

So far when using the GenerateBlocks button that doesn’t seem to work. It is like each button is it own selector. Unless moving from GenerateBlocks Pro I need to recreate each button?

Are you using global style for GB buttons currently?
If so, then you can change the global style colors in this case.

Okay, I figured out my issue. I need to go into each button I already created and clear out the color fields for the global to take control. I think i’m thinking to big for what I am trying to do and will keep playing with it. In my head I was creating a style for the whole site, but the system is designed to do individual styles so I need to think different. Thank you for helping.
