BF offer for existing subscribers?

    Hi team,

    there is an announcement about the Black Friday offer in the GP Community on Facebook.
    It says that existing subscribers can also take advantage of the offer:

    But I can’t find this option in my account. Have I overlooked something?

    Hi again,

    I checked my account again, but I don’t see any option to manually extend the GP One license and use the BF discount for it. Is that because my subscription doesn’t expire until December 3 (next week)?

    Hi there,

    You’re not seeing the discount as you have an active subscription. The system doesn’t allow us to add coupons/discounts to existing subscriptions at this time.

    I have gone ahead and cancelled the subscription (the auto-renewal). Can you take a look at your account now? You should see an “extend” link that will renew your license key for another year, but will add the Black Friday discount to this year’s renewal.

    Hi there,

    Sorry, that was probably a big misunderstanding!!

    I previously had a $99 license for GP One because I have a GP Premium Lifetime license and last year Tom offered me (and all other GP Premium Lifetime users) the chance to use GP One for $99 a year (every year).

    But now I’ve lost that $99 license 😯

    Can you please restore it?
