I created an account and paid the subscription for GeneratePro October of last year. I have not been able to access any blocks for months now (since May/June), thankfully I have not needed it urgently. It is on auto-updates, and I’ve also tried to reinstall it. Every time I go to access the blocks, it gives me the option to look at pricing plans, but also tells me that my subscription is currently valid. It should be a year long subscription and it is set to renew Oct 2024. Wondering why I have not been able to access what I’ve paid for.

The price you see is just pricing table patterns, it’s not the price for GB or GP, it’s for you to import to your site to show your customizer/clients the price of your products.

We do not have any products to sell. There should be other blocks available for me to see and use, such as query loops, contact information blocks…etc. None of these are available to me anymore, and it only shows the price pattern. I created my company’s website using GB and GP, I’m using the website the same as I always had, and it’s not showing me the same things anymore. Is it possible to speak more directly, such as on a call?

Yes, there should be lots of patterns.
None of these are available to me anymore, and it only shows the price pattern.
That does not sound right. Can you share your admin login for me to check the backend?

Sure. It should be in the Private information. The blocks do not look as they did before, and I want them to match what we currently have on our website. It almost looks like only the basic, free ones are there

Is it possible to speak to someone on the phone about this? It would be much faster and easier to have a phone call than trying to explain everything over messaging. -
You only provide the user name and password, how am I going to login without the site’s login link?
