I’m not seeing where on individual blog posts the Tags are being displayed, even though I’ve selected for them to be shown within Customizer. Can you assist?

Hello,
That’s because, the single post is driven by a custom content template not the default GeneratePress single post template. Looks like you have customized the Lifestyle starter site. You could edit the Template – Single Post element and add the tags with dynamic blocks.

Thank you!! So I added one but it’s kind of running on after the categories even though in the Single Post Template Element it’s on a separate line. How could I make them more separated? See screenshots – for screenshot 1 I added the 2nd Term List which is for tags, and for screenshot 2 the categories are Mexico and North America, and the tag is Puerto Escondido

Hello,
Please do the following:
1. Set the tag name to a DIV for both entries (marked with red in the image below).

2. For the dynamic tag entry, you can add a separator if you want to cater for the instance where more than one tag is present.
