Where can I edit this aspect?

Is it possible to simply remove the featured image on the archives page for /blog, for mobile only? I don’t see anywhere in the Element: “Blog Archive Template” that governs the featured image.
It has containers for the category, title, and button. Where can we edit the featured image?
I have also tried Appearance > Customize > Layout > Blog. Messing with these settings does not help with the featured image problem either.
