I’m using the Bookkeeping theme. When I upload a hero image with the same dimensions as the demo/sample image, it does not fully fill the image frame. I also reuploaded the original sample hero image from the test site, and it shows the same issue. That makes me think the problem is not the image file, but the block/container settings. Can you tell me which block is controlling that hero image area and what settings should be used so the image fills the frame correctly?

Hi there,
I think the main issue is that the GB Image block was transformed into a WP core Image block, which is causing the problem. You don’t need to convert the block.
To replace the image, simply update it from the block settings. It should automatically adjust to the correct dimensions without needing additional changes.
Please give that a try and let me know how it goes.

How would have this happened:
GB Image block was transformed into a WP core Image block, which is causing the problem. You don’t need to convert the block.
I am just starting this build. Should I reload the starter site template?

Hello,
You accidentally converted the GB image into a core one. If you are just starting now, you could re import the starter site (select to remove the previously imported site) and try again. If you have advanced in your design, let us know and we will send you the blocks for the top section only so you could just import just the top section (you would have to relink the background image and the GB image used to your local install).
