After updating Generatepress it automatically added to my site footer text: “Built with Generatepress”. How to get rid of it? I don’t see option in site customisation settings.

Hi there,
Go to appearance > generatepress, enable the Copyright module.
Then go to cusotmizer > layout > footer, remove the text from the Copyright field.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
First thing I tried was to check customizer – layout – footer. But text in the copyright field is empty (even I have custom text in my footer).
Next I disabled copyright module in Generatepress but problem remains.My editor in WordPress is Elementor. I don’t know if it somehow overrides settings?

If your footer is not using an Elementor template, the footer copyright settings should work.
