Button colors not saving

  • I’m trying using GP premium and I’m trying to change the global button color. When I got to customizer > colors> buttons the color changes on the sample page. Then I hit publish to save it. And when I refresh the page, it has returned to the default gray color for buttons. I disabled the caching plugin and tried again to no avail. Do you have any ideas?

  • Hi there,

I inspected the button on the page, and it looks like it’s still using the grey color #55555e.

If you go to Customize > Colors > Buttons, is that the color currently set?

  • Yes, that’s the default color. When I change it to #93a439 it changes on the sample page, so I click “publish” to save it. However, when I refresh the page or check the site in another tab, it reverts back to the default color.

  • Nevermind, I think I’ve got it figured out. I added my colors to the global color index and it seems to be working. Thanks!

  • Glad to hear that! 🙂
