Button links messed up

  • I was reorganizing the layout on this page:https://beb.fresheggs.biz/healthcare-providers/

I did not change any button links, but all but the first one “Sign In” is linking to the wrong place. The links are correct when I do to edit the page, but they are not correct on the front end of the site.

“create your account today” is linking to Youtube and should be linking to an internal page.
“about us” button is linking to the “my-account” page but should link to the about page.
And the three buttons in the columns below should be linking to product pages.

I tried to create new buttons from scratch but the links do the same thing.

    Thanks for any help.

  • Hi Hollytga,

That’s odd. Can you provide admin login credentials through the Private Information field so we can take a closer look?

  • Provided. Thanks!

  • Hi there,

let us know when its ok to take over editing that post so we can take a closer look.

In the meantime you may need to test for plugin conflicts.

  • You can go ahead now. Thanks.

  • Try logging in and editing your site in a different or private browser.
As when i edit the post i see:

  • Thanks David.
I logged in with both Safari and Chrome Incognito. I was able to change the “about us” and the “wrist band” buttons. But cannot change the others. Links are correct when I edit the page and it saves them. But they are not correct on the front end….

  • Super weird…. some of those blocks on the page are Reusable Blocks, does the issue persist if you convert them to regular blocks on that page ?

  • I know, right? Well, taking off the reusable blocks didn’t help either. So after I made those regular blocks, I rebuilt the problem areas by making new containers and new buttons. After all was working as expected I added the reusable blocks back in the page. Now all is working.

When I redesigned the page I moved the containers around a lot…and moved some containers in and out of containers – much more than I have ever done on other pages. I think somehow the containers must have gotten corrupted or something.

    I appreciate the help.

  • OK, glad to hear you got it working!!
