I need to make some adjustments to the tablet and mobile view of my site. Is it possible to remove or adjust a background shape just on the tablet or mobile view? See my screenshot and url in private info.

Yes, switch to the mobile mode, select the container, and you should be able to adjust the shape’s size in the shapes panel:
