Could you try creating a new administrator user, then use that account to edit the Element?
Please let us know whether the new administrator account is able to access those settings.

It’s very strange,
I am trying to login to the https://aifansportal.com/, I get two options, either logging with WordPress.com or using username and password. I choose the latter, then use the email you have provided in the private section as username, and the password string that you have provided (after the words
Passw.).I get
Error: The username or the password is invalid. Please try different combination. -
Push the bleu button Log in with WordPress.com, and then fill in the credentials. That’s how I log in.
