HI guys, hope you are well,
Can you please help, I basically not being able to make any CSS changes in the “customize” area, as nothing changes even when I save it.
I have been digging on existing threads to find a solution and tried some suggestions but it did not work.
I contacted the host server to try to fix PHP versions, increase memory, I have turned on and off all the plugins and checked the general area to see if the URLs were matching and nothing works. Can you please give me some help? thanks

It’s likely due to a syntax error in your existing CSS.
Try adding your new CSS to the top of the CSS field and publishing to see if that works, if it does, then you need to check all your existing CSS for syntax errors.

Not sure, but you can consult your cache plugin’s support on how to avoid this issue in the future by adjusting your cache plugin settings.
