Can’t find some patterns + blocks

    Hey there,

    I can’t seem to find some of the patterns and blocks (that I see on your site) in my editor.

    For instance, i found this mega menu in the pattern library on your site and wanted to try. But in my editor, where i “Open Pattern Library” i can’t find it.

    Similarly, i don’t see newer blocks like navigation and site header.

    I checked, generateblock (+generatepress) is up-to-date. [GB 2.2.0 / GB Premium 2.5.5]

    Can you please help with this?

    Hello.

    The new patterns are not replicas of the ones used on the starter sites. In addition, in order to view certain Pro patterns, you would need to have GenerateBlocks Pro installed, otherwise, you would only see the Free patterns.

    Hey George,

    I do have GenerateBlocks Pro installed (along with GP Premium).

    About “The new patterns are not replicas of the ones used on the starter sites.” — isnt the idea of showing patterns on starter sites is that ‘these patterns are pre-built and you can use/import it with a click’?!!!

    Either way, I am totally cool building these patterns from scratch. I still have some new blocks missing.

    Yes, the Pro pattern approach is that the patterns would look generic but have certain global styles applied to them that have the same names with the ones on the GP One starter sites. This way, the styles could be adopted according to how the user wants to customize those styles.

    Hi, I am new to GP and I just purchased GP premium. Does the premium have the tabs and accordion like in elementor? I heard you need GenerateBlocks Pro for those feature. Is it true? If it is, can I just upgrade my subscription to GenerateBlocks Pro or I should purchase it separately?

    Hi there,

    As GenerateBlocks is a separate product, you can’t update GP Premium to that. I would recommend if you need both products, that you consider upgrading your GP Premium to GP One as it gives you both products (and more) in one convenient license key. You can upgrade from inside your account.
