Hello support team,
I have a quick question about embedding an image in the category pages.
I have already followed your discussion and implemented it.
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/category-page-featured-image/
It works so far. I want to embed the image behind the first main heading.
Unfortunately, the “generate_after_archive_title” hook does not work. The image is added behind the content.
In order to display the image properly, it must be inserted behind the <h1 class=”page-title”>Headline</h1> tag.
Is the hook possibly faulty or do I need to use a different one? I have already tried all of them and have not found a suitable hook for this position.
Kind regards

Hi there,
Can I see your archive page? The hook only works if the title is the default theme archive title.
Let me know 🙂

Hi Ying,
the site is still under construction, so I haven’t provided a link yet. However, I have now activated it briefly.

If you need access to the site, please let me know.
Thank you

Hi there,
It would be great if you could provide a temporary login to your site so we can directly review the backend configuration.

Hi Alvind,
I just tried it in a different way.
I added a custom field to the categories and then tried to include the image in my custom theme “archive.php”. But even there I have no way of placing the image directly under the H1-heading.

How do I achieve this?
Kind regards
