Hi there,
I have updated the email address of the account I use to register GeneratePress. I’d like to also change the email address and username of the support account.How can I do this? Should I create a new account and then somehow bind my licence key to that account?

You should be able to change your Support Forum email address in the edit profile section.
If you don’t find that option, please contact our support team at [email protected], and they will assist you.
