Change footer text/link to white?

Hi Everyone,

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to change the footer text/link color. I have attached a screen shot here https://imgur.com/a/BKqO4TM. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Appearance -> Customizer -> Colors change the Footer Bar link color.
