I changed the font style, and line height and saved it. But when I close the customizer and go back to my post. Nothing is changed.

if you go back into the Customizer do you see those changes you made ?
if you do, can you make the changes are Published and NOT saved as draft. -
Yes i checked, I published and not saved as draft.

What typography setting did you change? Eg. the Body ?

Problem solved. I think it was because of cache. i refreshed the page twice and now I can see the changes.
