Conditions – Fluent Form Query String

Hi guys,

I’m trying to hide a container block at the top of a page that will show only if users have completed a questionnaire on a different page saying “Based on your response the content below is relevant etc”

The form adds the string questions=completed but I can’t get the container block to show based on my conditions (see images) – the page I have been testing it on is:
