I have read the docs about Container Link: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/container-links/
But I don’t have such a Link Icon when selecting my container.

That documentation refers to the old V1 Container block.
In V2 blocks, to add a link to a container, simply change its Tag Name to
<a>in the block settings:
