Please advise me how to ensure that the content of the page on devices with smaller displays (10 – 15″ laptops) is always displayed smaller by enough to see the entire advertisement, which is placed in the background of the page, see picture (https://postimg.cc/06DgQxjS), or this link https://stavimbydlim.cz/.

Hi there,
you would have to considerably decrease the width of your sites container. And the advert image sizes.
Do the maths:
Currently on a screen size of 1700px i cans still see all the text in the sidebar ads.
You average Laptop screen-size is 1300pxSo on a screen smaller then 1700px you would need to reduce then content width by 400px.
Which is a lot, as your current container width is 1180px you would need to reduce it to around 780px.
And you would also need to replace the advert images to fit…. its not simple.
