Containers and background images

  • Hi,

I am working on a site, with pages that are build with containers.
Some containers use inside containers that need some background images as well.

That works very nice using Generateblocks.

I wanted to use different images as background on mobile view.
After playing around with media css I saw that the Pro version of Generateblocks I liked the idea and bought a license.

After installing the pro version I tried this immediately (Advanced!).

Result is that the background images are in front of the container content.
I played with different settings but cannot get it to work properly.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Hi there,

if the content is placed inside its own Container Block, then you can set its: Layout > Position -> Relative, and then set its z-index to a higher value.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for the tip.
    Nesting containers was the trick.

  • You’re welcome
