content template element

  • I have an element for content template, to be applied to a certain category. The rest of the categories have a different (default content template).

The element in question has in the block element settings:

    Apply to
    posts with term

    Taxonomy
    category

    Term name
    skincare

The term name has to be typed in manually, there is not a select from list option.
If I want to add a second category to this, how do I do that? I tried a comma in between and that didn’t work. I have GP and GB pro

I can of course just create an other element for the second term, but hoping I can just select two categories?

    thanks

  • Hi there,

you would need to create 2 x Content templates to do that.

There is the generate_element_display filter hook which can be used to rewrite display conditions but for content templates it gets super complicated.

  • ok thanks, will create a second one
