Creating a post here, Need to be able to fix this headline straying out over the article, not sure how to fix this, i’ve run through all the settings I can think of twice over two days

Hi there,
I believe the current post title and meta is inserted using a Block Element page hero:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-page-hero/Is that intended? If not can you disable it first to see if the original layout works for you?
Let me know 🙂

HI Leo, thanks for the quick response, I’m afraid you’ve lost me with your answer
the layout is as follows
Container
Paragraph
Hello World
Grid with date and published
Dynamic ImageI’m also not clear on why the author and name is repeated on the article as it’s not in the hero?

I tried to log in to your site but it requires 2-factor authorization.
Can you disable that for now?

Can you try switching the element type from a Page Hero to Post Meta Template?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-post-meta-template/Then toggle on the Replace default primary post meta option:

I have no idea where the container settings are, but i rebuilt my page hero as a Post Meta Template and achieved the look i was after.
I have built several sites using the page hero, is that no longer in use? Do i need to replace it on older sites?

I was referring to the Element type settings and not the container settings:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-overview/#block-element-optionsYou just had to switch from Page Hero to Post Meta Template.
The Page Hero is still in use but it just depends on where you are trying to add the title.
Glad you found a solution anyway.
