I noticed a critical error when I went to customize Generate Press. This is new and I’ve added no new plugins recently.
When I deactivated the Premium plugin the error went away and I was able to customize again. This is version 2.5.

Hi there,
Can you go to appearance > generatepress, disable all premium modules, and check the customizer, if that works, enable one module at a time and check to see which module is causing the issue.
Also let me know if you see any specific error code.

Okay — There are 5 modules that cause this critical error: Backgrounds, Blog, Spacing, Typography, and WooCommerce. I have not seen any error codes — unless there is a place I should look. Thanks.

Hi there,
You can ask your host to enable
WP_DEBUG
on the site and request them to provide the error logs for troubleshooting, so we can get a hint about what might be causing that error.
