Custom CSS For Highlighting

  • Can someone point me to documentation or even refer a plugin that creates custom CSS for special highlighting shown in this image. I am not a coder so prefer the less technical route but not afraid of code.

  • Hi there,

Unfortunately, I’m not aware of any plugin that could create this exact effect. Typically, those types of fancy background shapes are achieved with SVG images positioned behind the text.

However, I did find a CSS highlighter effect generator that you could use. It will generate the CSS for you, which you can simply paste into your site to apply the effect: https://www.highlightcss.com/

  • Thanks Alvind. I will find a coder to show me how to place the images behind the text.

  • No problem 🙂
