When the website loads initially, a different font is loaded but when fully loaded a different font that I selected in the typography is loaded. Why this is happening?

It fixes when cache plugin is disabled. I don’t want fonts to be cached or minified. How can I do that?

In that case, you need to reach out to the cache plugin support for guidance on how to exclude the font from optimization. Depending on the cache plugin, I’m sure the method is outlined somewhere in their documentation as well.
