Hi
I want to display a description of a page under the title. I have added a custom field on the page for that. How can I display it’s value on the block element?
Thanks!

Hi there,
You can add another headline block below the title headline, and set its dynamic content to post meta > your meta name.

Hi,
Added that, but not working for the blog archive page.

Hi there,
Make sure you’re using the GP Dynamic Data feature:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/dynamic-data/#dynamic-text-typeinstead of the Dynamic Data option from the block settings sidebar.

Hi,
I am using the GP Dynamic Data feature, but it is not working for the blog archive page for some reason.

Under the Element’s Display Rules, have you included the “Blog” location?

Yes, I did.
You can log-in and check if you wish. It is the Blog Archive Template element.

The page set as the Posts page under Settings > Reading, which means it’s dynamically generated, and GP dynamic data can’t pick up the post meta added to that page.
As an alternative, you can create a new Page Hero Element with the title and description hardcoded, and assign it specifically to the blog page.
