Hi there,
This doesn’t seem to be a theme issue but rather caused by the external plugin. Have you checked with the plugin author regarding this?
-
simonelbi
I’m checking with them.
But as you see on the cart on upper menu, this is also not refreshing correctly. This has nothing to do with any plugin as I’m using GP+ non-changed theme and menus.

Hi there,
I am based in the UK, is that enough for you to give me access to see the site ?

Check also shopping cart menu not refreshing:

-
Woocommere has been set to use Ajax loading which allows items to be added to the cart without page reload and is required for maintaining a live menu cart feed.
But your site is returning a 403 forbidden error when making Ajax calls:
See here for reference:
https://app.screencast.com/XROkoDqIMtjiF
You can right click > inspect your page to open the browser developers tools and check the Console tab to see this.
You need to investigate and fix the 403 response for loading Ajax on the site.

OK, great info.
So if I understand correctly, this is probably problem of some plugin which block AJAX loading and makes 403 response. I will check tommorow which plugin is making problem of AJAX – 403 response, then I will report it back.
-
Correct ; I would suspect its a security plugin or security setting on the server that is blocking it.

Hi,
intresting is, that I test everything (disabled all plugins), but shopping cart did not start working properly.
The auto refresh did not start to work.
The double click mandatory button did start working – found that this is problem in plugin “Saferpay WooCommerce Gateway”, which if I disable it then no double click is needed.
But the problem on refreshing shopping cart remains.
So what now?
-
Check with your hosting provider, and ask them to look into why the ajax request is returning a 403 forbidden error.
-
simonelbi
OK, will do that…
-
Glad to be of help!
