I have these elements that I created on my website with your help to recommend related articles: https://prnt.sc/UcoHz24IQwYS
However, I would like to know if it is possible to block the recommended article element from appearing glued to the WordPress buttons. Is there any way to make it so that if it detects buttons close it puts a paragraph apart?

simple answer … no. As it’s not an issue with the element.

The headline black before that first button has Spacing > Margin Top set to
-18pxwhich pulls the blocks up.
You need to remove that negative margin -

Not really. It would require regex development to figure out where the element is on the page in relation to the buttons. And its not something we can assist with, as it would require custom development.
