Is there any way that I could create content and make it the Reusable blocks/pattern or GP Elements Blocks then convert it into shortcode or something and put it into the post where I want that content to be displayed on front end? So that there is less cluttered at the backend of that post!

You can save the content as a local pattern.
Here’s a video about the pattern library, you can import wireframe patterns, and also save a pattern to re-use it.
