Hey,
I want to be able to type in 4 different values into my blog post that then will later be displayed the query-loop and the blog post itself. See image one for the different values that should be in the blog post. Image two for the example of the query-loop.

Hi there,
Where are you planning to add those custom values? If you’re using a custom field for that, you can query those values inside a Query Loop.
Let us know.
-
Hey,
We are planning on adding from the image 2 I sent. So Match/event, Spel, odds, spelstop.
-
You can create custom fields to store the date and in query loop block, you can use heaadline/text block to pull the values via post meta > custom field name.
-
Hey,
Is there a tutorial for this? -
Please check this article for GB’s dynamic options:https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/dynamic-data-options-overview/
As for how to create a custom field, I would recommend using ACF plugin, it’s easy to use. I’m sure you can find lots of tutorials from the ACF plugin.

Hey,
Yes I have gotten it to work on the posts but when I want to display it in the query it doesn’t get the data.
-
it should, it might not show in the backend, but it should show on the front end.
-
Hey, you can see by yourself I have added the login details for you.
-
You didn’t say which page to check.
-
Hey, first page under the title “Senaste speltips”.
-
You are using shortcode, shortocode does not work in query blocks, it’s a WP limitation.
You can use GB’s headline block to pull the dynamic data, for more info:https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/dynamic-data-options-overview/
I’ve made an example on your page for the field
match
, please check.
