I have a post category archive for which I created a Loop Template. At the top I added a Headline block with dynamic title. My display rule for the category works. However, the Headline is only rendering when there is at least 1 post in the category. When there are 0 posts in the category, the Headline block is not rendering.
Is this a bug or feature?

Hi there,
That is expected behavior. The archive page needs to have at least one post for the title to appear, otherwise it will be classified as a “no results” page.

I see. Is it possible to configure a Loop Template to not be applied to “no results” pages?

You can try exclude the no results page from the loop template element’s location, however, there will still be no title if no posts are published.
