element: “content template” full width?

  • Hi, I noticed that when I create an element “content template” for a custom post type and, inside it, I set the block width of container to wide or full (pic 1); the block won’t actually be full width nor wide (pic 2).

Is this expected? As a workaround (?) I created a “layout” element, set it full width and applied it only to my custom post type. Is this the “official” way to do this?

    Thank you!
    Davide

  • Hi there,

To have a full-width layout, we would recommend:

    1. Set the content container to full width, you can do so via a layout element (mass operation) or the layout metabox.

    2. Now, every container you added to the page is full width by default, you can remove the align full option, and set the alignment to default.
