Element – Prime How to change ?

    Hello team

    I will need some help on the Elements.
    I have issue with Login | Register Block – Hook generate_menu_bar_items.
    I do not know from where to change Prime and change GP | GB | WOO also the link goes to : https://gpsites.co/prime/account/ which is not my site

    I have made change on Search in header | Block – Hook generate_after_header_content

    I have done many changes : but unable to modify

    I’m neither a developer nor a coder. I’m just a person who learns from experience.
    I’m really disappointed and I’m throwing in the towel. The template is driving me crazy.
    The pages exist: but they’re not displayed, e.g. privacy policy
    The problem at Element level is the same, please see the photo

    I’d be grateful for any help

    1. Open “Login | Register” in Appearance > Elements.

    2. Select the link, and replace it with the correct Account page on your site. Example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/mXuGoB26

    Currently, it’s still linked to our sample site which is causing the issue.

    Also what about the ages that do not displayed

    the page exist

    when you click on it it’s not displayed
    page is set to “Published”
    permalink settings: “Settings” > “Permalinks” >Post name
    no new plugin installed
    Clear cache: done

    Please help

    Hi YK,

    That page is usually created by a plugin. For instance, WooCommerce automatically creates one. Do you have a plugin for this like WooCommerce? If so, I believe the end-point for WooCommerce is something like this:

    https://www.YOUR-URL.com/my-account/

    Yes I have a Woocommerce plugin.
    Ok I do right now modification.

    What about the page Privacy-Policy
    this page and other i have an error message when i click on them
    these are my checks :

    — Switch to a default theme “Twenty Twenty-Three” : the page link : https://mejulia.com/privacy-policy/ exist but when you click message do not appear 404
    This page could not be found.
    — Page visibility settings: on public
    — Page.php: does not contain any specific code that would block pages from being displayed.
    — Check for page slug conflicts: there is only one page page / one slug privacy-policy
    — Re-save permalinks: are configured on Post name
    — .htaccess file: does not include anything that would specifically block pages from being displayed. The code mainly consists of directives related to caching and optimizing website performance using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

    No it’s not working correctly.
    I am sad, i am not a developper or coder , so I can not touch the code.
    May be when installing a package issue
    well to do not spent time in searching the root cause i decided to rebuild from scratch
    🙁 for a second time
