Enable Content-Template for Multiple Parent & their Child Pages.

  • Hello guys, I need some help.

I’ve created a Content Template (Template 1) with a display condition of “All Pages”. Now there are a few Parent Page and Their Children where I need to show a different Template (Template 2).

Currently I have to manually add the parent and their children as exclusion to the first template (Template 1) and then again add them as inclusion in the 2nd Template (Template 2). The number of child pages are very large and in future more pages will be added.

So I was thinking if there was a way where I can tell my Template 1 to ignore those specific Parent and their children and tell Template 2 to automatically show up on those Parent Page and their children. So in future when more child pages are added, they will automatically skip Template 1 and use Template 2.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi there,

Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s an alternative way other than what you’re currently doing at the moment.
