Ensure my child theme stylesheet loads last?

How do I get my child style sheet to load last so I don’t need to add !important to my edits in that child stylesheet?

I currently have

add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', function() {
    wp_dequeue_style( 'generate-child' );
    wp_enqueue_style( 'my-child', get_stylesheet_uri(), array(), filemtime( get_stylesheet_directory() . '/style.css' ), 'all' );
}, 9999 );

Or is that incorrect?
