error 500

    Hi, when i try to install the last version of GP theme (i bought it and uploaded it yesterday) it gives me this error

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”> 500 Internal Server Error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    I guess is somehting in my configuration but i have no idea how to fix it and install the plugin succesfully.

    Hi there,

    Can you check your error_log on your server (or ask your hosting to)? The latest error should give us a clue as to what’s going on.

    Hi, to be honest im not very techy, i found a file called access.log, not sure if is that one, i will send it to you in private information

    In the same area as the access.log, do you see an error.log or something similar?

    If not, you can ask your hosting to locate the file for you and even tell you the most recent errors.
