Error on widget screen when GP theme activated

  • Hello, getting the following message when on the widget screen:

“The “generatepress-content-width” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.”

I tried disabling all plugins, still error.

Tired latest default WP theme, error goes away.

    Thanks!

  • Hi there,

I’ve seen the same topic on WP forum, was that you?

Can you provide an admin login for us to the test the backend?

If it’s a live site, can you provide a staging site for testing?

    Thanks!

  • Nope it was not me, but I noticed it in my searching. The person said they “resolved it” by disabling the Block widgets, but to me that was not really a solution.

    Thanks for the help.

  • Attaching login info

  • How do I get see the error?
This is what I see when trying to edit the legacy widgets:

  • Thanks for looking into it! Now the error is gone? Weird. Not sure what could have been causing.

  • Hum…I didn’t do anything lol…

  • Welp, guess it really is a mystery!

    I will call it resolved.

  • Hope it never returns 😛
